We are a young Berlin startup with the vision to revolutionize dental care. Why does it have to be revolutionized? Quite simply: synthetic and questionable ingredients, animal suffering and non-transparent product information continue to shape the market. Natural cosmetic toothpastes offer a nice alternative, but often do not satisfy the desire for freshness, foaming and a varied taste. However, our Product Manager Carlo knew from the start that it could be done better. While he was still mixing the first prototypes with a whisk and apron in his shared apartment kitchen, nine months later we had our finished product with the Berlin startup scholarship, a lot of hard teamwork and a number of UX and laboratory tests: Niyok, the first natural toothpaste made from coconut oil .
